As a small business, we need to keep our operation simple. To that end, we've limited our shipping options to USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail on our shopping site for anything that will fit in those pre-sized boxes. That means we can charge you exactly what it will cost to ship at purchase time. We do not charge extra for packing materials because we try to re-use them.
We will box and ship most items separately, since we don't stock boxes that are large enough to accommodate multiple items. If the shipping price for several purchases can be reduced by grouping things, we will contact you and refund any shipping cost that we saved.
Any items that are large or fragile, but still shippable will not have shipping added to their purchase. We will get in touch when we've figured the size, weight and your location into the shipping computer and we'll charge that amount separately before shipping, after you've approved the plan.
Anything in our blog site or Shop site can be purchased in person. Just get in touch and we can arrange to meet you at our storage facility in Newton, NC or we can meet you in North Charlotte, Hickory, Asheville or Winston-Salem to make the sale and delivery. Deliveries will incur a separate charge.
